It’s really hard to be kind to myself, but I’m learning. I don’t mean allowing myself treats (no problem there) but rather in accepting myself, even when I make mistakes. This has been my BIG learning of the last while. It’s good to see that science supports this strategy my smart coaches have been promoting.
